They want New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, DC, and Maryland to secede from the union (and form their own country) and they want California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington to secede from the union (and form THEIR own country) and leave the rest as the United States of America with the capital in a real city like Dallas, Phoenix, SLC, or Orlando.
