Re: Minnesota TimberWolves
He looked awfully good tonight. His passing is just a thing of beauty. Not only is his vision amazing, but it seems like every pass is put right on the money for the easiest shot.Bklyn wrote:Rubio is the real deal.

Rambis was the worst coach I've ever seen. Completely clueless on both sides of the ball.

Odom for a late 1st round pick?
Has to be a salary dump/precursor to some bigger move.

You don't have a MLE. From David Aldridge: The Knicks, according to the source, offered JJ Barea a two-year deal. By using the amnesty provision on Saturday to waive guard Chauncey Billups and dealing forward Ronny Turiaf to Washington as part of the three-team deal that sent Tyson Chandler to New Y...

Nice to have a real coach: On the lockout: "It was really difficult [not being able to talk to players during the lockout]. What made it so difficult was you never knew when they were going to come to an agreement. I always knew it would happen quickly, whenever it came together. I spent a lot ...

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – The young quarterback dropped back smoothly in the pocket, looked off the safety and dropped a gorgeous touch pass over the coverage and into the corner of the end zone. His surprised target came out of his break to see the ball arcing downward, and reached up to snatch it just be...

Re: Toronto Raptors - We can't be pathetic forever, can we?
TORONTO - Apparently, Raptors' draft pick Jonas Valanciunas’ 26 point performance in a 94-73 victory over the Czech Republic on Saturday was a Lithuanian national team record for points scored in a senior team debut. Valanciunas was MVP as Lithuania took the gold at the recent FIBA Under-19 world ch...

Re: The NFL
Wow.
Cards give up Rodgers-Cromartie and a 2nd round pick for Kolb. And Kolb will sign a five-year extension for over $63 million with over $20 mill guaranteed.
All that for a guy who has started 7 more games than I have...

the wrench & the ring would have to be printed as 2 separate pieces then assembled together in post-prep That was my thought as well - that moving parts need to be printed seperately and assembled. So they may have printed the pieces, cleaned them up, assembled them and then sunk it back into t...

3D printers are legit. I know some artists that do 3D modeling and then send their digital files to shops and get physical 3D models back that are printed this way. They can capture a pretty amazing amount of detail. I think they glossed over a few steps between scanning the tool and hitting print, ...

In Lithuania’ 85-67 win over Serbia in the championship game, Valanciunas finished with 36 points, eight rebounds, three steals and two blocks. He shot 13-for-18 from the field and 10-for-14 from the free throw line. He played all 40 minutes. Valanciunas earned tournament MVP honors, averaging 23.0 ...

I said before the draft I would've taken him #2 ahead of Derrick Williams (with a small trade down obviously being the preferred method).

Re: Toronto Raptors - We can't be pathetic forever, can we?
Rose knew he could negotiate Jonas' club down to a one year release for a lesser buyout value, he just wasn't willing to do it for Cleveland or more specifically Dan Gilbert. IF this is true, the agent could be facing some serious issues I'd bet. Everything I read in the day leading up to the draft...

Re: Toronto Raptors - We can't be pathetic forever, can we?
Anyway, it changes nothing. Everybody knew he was staying a year in Europe and it looks like he is if he'll sign in 2012. Right. Anyone with the internet, twitter or a bookmark to DraftXpress knew going in that Jonas would sit out next year, but it looked VERY likely that his buyout would allow him...

He does have upside - but he needs to be completely broken down and rebuilt. He's a mess as a PG. He's a total showoff that always tries to make the flashy pass and never the fundamental one. He'll try stuff that Jason Kidd or Steve Nash wouldn't even dream of. He dribbles far too high, he pounds th...
