Re: Tennessee Volunteers
I was going to say, people used to make a such a big damn deal about SOS being expressive on the sidelines, where's the big fuss about Mus? Anyway Vols, thanks for a hard fought game today. I think is some respects Bray is a better college qb than happy feet. He definitely needs to go pro after this...

Re: Florida Gators
Per usual, this opponent and this time of year I'll take a W any way we can get it. The same weaknesses are still there - the OLine is weak on run blocking, the secondary makes 2 bonehead plays for each good play it makes. Liked the offensive play calling that started the game, then wondered what ha...

Re: Tennessee Volunteers
Y'all have a fair shot at winning today so I'm glad this one's at home. Ball control and pressure on Bray is what we will need to make it 7 in a row.

Re: Florida Gators
Remember when this week was full of coache's barbs, players talking trash, a whole flock of Tenny posters confident of victory? Yes I still miss all that. Bray could give our secondary a bad day if the DLine doesnt get to him, and 7 years in a row seems almost unnatural so lets jump on them early at...

Re: Florida Gators
It must be Tenny week! I had forgotten about that QB Crompton, he's a 5th year senior isn't he? He deserves one more shot against UF.

Re: Florida Gators
Loved seeing SOS get over on the Dawgs. Thing that sucks though is that we could go 5-0 against the division, but since neither of those two play Bama or LSU, we'd probably still not make Atlanta.

Re: Florida Gators
agreed on said good/bad points. Our running game right now consists of pitching the ball to Demps/Rainey into some open field and letting their speed do the rest. That won't be enough when we start seeing defenses with SEC speed. Our DBs also showed that FAU's receivers stunk. Not happy about Demps ...

Learn from the mistakes you made with Goff and Donnan. Keep this guy - he'll right the ship eventually.

Re: Auburn Tigers
I hope you burned up all your favorable bounce karma so there's none left in mid-October. I was sickened to hear that ESPN has another broad doing play by play on college games now, and doesn't have the sense to relegate her to crappy MWC games that nobody watches. No sooner was that game done than ...

Re: Florida Gators
As season opening tomato can opponent games go, this one looked pretty good. Still look like a 3-4 loss team based on what I saw the rest of the schedule do. Good points: Defense was focused, good tackling, good coverage; yes it was FAU but the skills looked sound. Brantley looks more at ease in thi...

Shot glasses at noon.
With a 7pm kickoff there's no need to get up early.

Re: Tennessee Volunteers
A conference-champion-only playoff works only if you have 4 super-conferences and everyone else plays 1-A.5 ball. A Pac-16, BigsixTEeN, expanded SEC, and ACC/BigEast amalgamation. Of course the other teams after those 64 would scream bloody murder, even though none of them will ever sniff a chance a...

Re: Tennessee Volunteers
The greed mongers are determined to wreck this sport. 14 teams turns the best conference in the land nto a pair of 7 team mini-conferences, an odd-number in each division puts an odd-team out in each for natural pairings. TexAM is no more SEC than UNCCH (which isn't going to leave the ACC nest and t...
