Re: Georgia Bulldogs
Coach Richt just hired at Miami. Great stuff. I think he will do great in the ACC. I'm super happy for him.

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
I only wished Julio was better. They are both great with noodle armed QB's. It is shameful. I'd love to see AJ or JJ have a top QB.
CPJ's a good coach, but he's not a great one. He is, however, and asshole.

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
AA once said CPJ is the best coach in CFB, so I am rather pleased he doesn't like the hire. I just hope he's a better coach than he was a safety...

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
Georgia made a tough decision, but it was the right one. Richt did a great job for a long time, but the results were clearly diminishing. Georgia lost too many games to quality opponents over the last 8 seasons. The only really strong push for a championship came in 2012, and they lost. 5-15 against...

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
He's as good as fired. They don't even care about the 15 million buyout. Richt is not expensive to fire, but Georgia won't do it. He'll get to try one more time to win it all with the Eason kid. After he competes but doesn't win with Eason, he will be done.

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
5-15 since 2009 against the top 15. 5-10 against Florida. 1-4 Against Urban Meyer. 2-5 Against Saban. 6-5 against Spurrier. Ever since 2008's Black Out disaster against Alabama, he has been on the losing end of the games where the lights are brightest. The 2012 SECCG showed he could still compete wh...

Re: Florida Gators
This one has the makings of a mid 90s beat down. I just hope The U calls Richt home after the season and we can move on after another disappointing 8-4 season.

Re: Alabama Crimson Tide
These boards have become nearly as boring as Georgia's football narrative year after year. Hence my own estrangement.

At least you know you will beat Georgia. I'm actually a Florida, Auburn and GT fan this year.

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
I like the hire. He's going to do a great job of running the ball first and hitting the play action back shoulder passes with our WR's and TE's. It's really up to Pruitt to change our fate from a 10-2 also ran to 11-1 contender. That's really the only margin of difference between titles and Citrus/O...

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
Funny but wrong as always... Auburn has NEVER made it in a year they lost to Georgia, but Georgia did lose to Auburn in 2005 and still advance and win the SEC. 10 - Florida: 7-3 9 - Alabama: 5-4 5 - LSU: 4-1 5 - Auburn 3-2 5 - Georgia: 2-3 5 - Tennessee: 2-3 3 - Arkansas: 0-3 2 - Missouri: 0-2 1 - M...

At least losing to Georgia has less of an impact on your title chances than in the past.

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
Frustrating and understandable. I've lost confidence and optimism that we can navigate a 12 game season and then advance through 3 more games to win a title, but it is hard to bemoan winning 10 a year.

Re: Georgia Bulldogs
Nice finish to the season. It was disappointing to end up in the Belk Bowl, but I enjoyed every minute of Chubb demolishing Grantham's defense and Pruitt shutting down Petrino's offense.

Re: Tennessee Volunteers
Tin Cup is a solid inexpensive choice that is relatively new. Bulleit, Eagle Rare and Four Roses are my favorites. Obviously, Rip Van Winkle if you can get it. Non of these are Tennessee Whiskey, of course. Jack Single Barrel is the only choice there. The subject was which would you choose between ...
