I could see NYC having a major appeal over OKC, but if I want to win a bunch of titles, I'd MUCH rather play with Durant, Ibaka, Harden and Perkins over Melo, Amare and Fields.

No kidding. Give Paul, a guy able to actually operate a half-court offense, the keys and OKC would have to perenially be considered a WC championship possibility. Putting him in NY prolly makes them the no. 3 seed and they go down in the conference semifinals to a team that plays defense.

and I seriously have no interest in seeing OKC or Chicago drag either of these conference finals out, lets get this over with

if I could tweak the playoff format to my liking, teams that win 3 out of the first 4 games would advance

Yep, and suddenly Miami will come up with a way to guard Dirk without fouling him when nobody else has been able to.

You mean the NBA has been crooked and cheating ever since the rise of MJ? Color me fucking shocked.

I hope the entire league burns to the ground cause it isn't basketball. It's shitball.
Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

rick carlisle looks like an alien with cancer. I've got no faith that Dallas can beat Miami in a series, though I'd like it. so far I see dallas shooting a bunch of jump shots and mostly missing.

It's 95 outside! Are they really still playing basketball? Why? Is anybody actually watching (besides the finals)? Hell, I don't watch a game of hockey until the Finals reach 2-2. NBA basketball, same way. It's so fucking boring.

Dallas is definitely winning the blown-layup contest.

Well now.
During a press conference later, O'Mara was asked if he had any advice for Zimmerman, and he answered, "Pay me."
