it will come to no surprise to anyone that I haven't been on alot of diets in my life but Keto works and I also believe its habit forming

I think the problem is that people go all in on Keto, so I guess I'm not true Keto, I allow myself fruit and beans and the occasional spoonful of ice cream or chocolate covered almond, but when I go to a restaurant now I look for the keto friendly meal. A favorite now is going to Five guys and ordering the single patty burger wrapped in lettuce

Keto I believe is the easiest diet to be on, especially if you find some middle ground that works for you. You have to be really, really hard core about it to hit Ketosis, and few people are - and I think its stupid to limit fruits and certain vegetables out of your diet so I don't do it.

The only downside is that like a vegan, anyone on Keto is quick to tell you about it. I've tried to intentionally limit my conversations about it but I've been on it since I was telling you guys I bought the rowing machine earlier this year.

As for Jenna, last time I paid attention to her she looked like she had some botched plastic surgery

Keto does work and for me it's easy to forego bread and sweets, etc., but my main problem with keto or any other diet for that matter is no alcohol. I wish I liked weed better, then I could just get high and eat bacon cheeseburgers with no bun, but that's not where I'm at in my buzz preference these days. Of course when speedball was my buzz preference the only calories I got was ice cream and I still got down to about 150 lbs. (currently holding steady at 215, just to give you an idea of the difference)...
