Hiya GBJ! Thanks for stopping by. Set a spell. Take your shoes off.

How is the aviation scene in JAX these days? The path of Irma looks like it shifted westward and away from your living room. Did all your planes fly north to get out of the way?

This Delta plane flew threw the outer bands of Cat 5 Irma: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/dr- ... 56647ccbe1

That's amazing. They were either incredibly brave or incredibly stupid. There is no ambiguity about the hurricane hunters. It takes giant huevos to do what they do. Stay safe.

Most of the planes here cannot fly... they're in various stages of disassembly and repair. Thank goodness it's not in my living room anymore, but none of us are out of the way. Gonna be a nervous couple of days. This thing is predicted to bring a lot of rain to the southeast... all be careful of flooding and... dare I say... tornadoes...

According to the news, that describes much of Navy Air and the Air Force. Plus, the USAF doesn't have pilots to fly the non-flying airplanes. Plus the Navy keeps running their ships into other ships. I hope those news reports are fake news.

The Vols won't cover the 34 point spread even in the first half.

But it won't be Saban's fault. He'll put in his 3rd stringers, water boys, and maybe even a cheerleader or two, and they will STILL run up the score like Spurrier used to.

I'm not gloating; Auburn will get filet'd by the Tide a few weeks from now.

Based on the Vals performance against.....well, everybody this year, it looks like bammer can name the score, therefore, I would take the points and bet my checkbook.

Toe's a Tech grad. He's all smart and stuff. He has a checkbook and keeps it behind his pocket protector.
