Yeah I don't think Miami is the 14th best team in the country. If they are, then Alabama is unbeatable.

We were in trouble all season long. Injuries are part of the game and all teams have to deal with them, but losing so much production between the SECCG and CFP final… there isn’t time to let the players gel together. Of course the opportunity for that should have been letting some of the younger players have more meaningful opportunities during the season. Golding’s defense had its lapses during the season, but it isn’t the reason for this loss.

Statistics be damned, BoB laid an egg several times with play calling. There is no way aTm keeps UA out of the end zone on 4 runs from the 4. He didn’t abandon the run during the SECCG, but wouldn’t keep running during the CFP finals even when we found some success.

These things can contribute, but it was Georgia’s season. They had the most consistent, and pretty much the best team all season. Well done Bulldogs.
