Aren't they undefeated and ranked top 10-ish?

they beat a lousy Tejas team by 3 and an average Virginia team by 8?

(and, as you noted, their other game is a 7-point win at home against Memphis)

Score differential, especially early in the year, isn't the end-all.

UCLA aside, think it can be said that Memphis is much better now than they have been in recent years.

Good for you Ole Miss, Good for you. That goes for Miss State too. Those schools have been bottom feeding in the SEC for so long it's a fresh change to see them get some limelight - and so far at least they don't seem to be doing it with thugs and a-holes.

Any possibility that Ole Miss and Miss St. could play for the national championship? Wouldn't that be a hoot...

Just having the Egg Bowl for the SEC West title would be surreal. Do they still play that on Thanksgiving Night?

They play the Saturday after....

Katy Perry was in the house today. She called the Ole' Miss victory before the kickoff. I'm guessing Michael Oher's adoptive mother was going bonkers in the stands on the interception to end the game.

If I was Lane Kiffen, I wouldn't go to sleep tonight. He might never wake up as Nick might have him killed.
