I was about to say...50's pitch would not have made it on an 11X17 sheet. They were being generous.

I would sell in a heartbeat
especially if your gonna freeze your ass off for a game that could be a loss anyway
reminds me of a buddy of my coworker
he is a cardealer looking to get out of town to get on occasion to party his ass off and uses sporting events to cover.
so he invites my coworker to go with him to st Louis a couple of years ago for the world series and I don't remember which game it was but I remember it as one of the most exciting games I ever saw on tv and on Monday I asked my coworker what he thought of the game and how close were they to the game tying bottom of the 9th hit to go extras or whatever the sceanrios was.
well cardealer was so intent on partying his ass off looking for hookers and blow they left in the 7th inning --they spent 1800 bucks on those two tickets then left in the 7th of one of the most exciting games ever missing all the 9th inning herorics.
I don't get people--I spent 400 bucks for tickets to jets/colts afc championship few years back and I was there from 0900 until the last usher cleared us out when the last of the confetti had been cleared up. to send 4 times that amount just for an excuse to get out of town and party boggles my mind

I wish you were scalped, although I doubt a flap of hairless skin is going to bring $4900...
