At least Eli won't be able to lord it over him anymore (unless Eli wins another one)...

Abe Vigoda could have quarterbacked for Denver and they still would have won.

most expensive moon ever
cost tennessee 300K
he was an idiot to bring the incident back up in his book--certainly downplayed his own behavior but mooning a female athletic trainer 20 plus years ago in a locker room doesn't seem very newsworthy
the coverup and the aftermath is always what gets you in trouble --should have just fessed up and shut up

He didn't moon her. That was a version concocted to mitigate what actually happened.

The '97 suit was against UT. Naughright alleged 33 incidents of harassment by athletes, coaches, and staff - Peyton's dropped shorts was #27. She accused Fulmer of hitting on her while she was examining his shoulder ("You like big men, don't you Jamie?" - she claimed CPF whispered to her). UT and she settled, with the university basically paying her to leave while maintaining that her claims were in dispute.
In 2010 Dr. Naughright sued Donna Karan, the fashion and perfume magnate, for 7 figures, claiming Karan gave her bad advice on choosing a physical therapist (allegedly a quack who injured her neck). Karan's attorney highlighted the fact that Naughright was a "serial litigator", and the case was eventually thrown out.
