son had his wisdom teeth taken out Friday and has been on a steady diet of pain pills and antibiotic.

I've been giving him his pills for no particular reason.

Every morning I take a prilosec and an 81mg aspirin, but this morning I wasn't thinking and I took his norco and amoxicillin. After I noticed a funny taste in my mouth did I realize what I did.

whats done is done, now I'm just trying to figure out how to take advantage of it.

Yeah, but can we really blame THAT on the pills? Just an hour ago before you took them you were forgetting which fucking pills to take.

How long was recovery?? My son is doing this monday - mixing up the meds seems like a solid plan.

he did fine - he had 3 out, one was tough and needed to be broken to be removed so that caused the most pain.

He was on norco and ibuprofen for 2 days, and ibuprofen on day 3. soup, yogurt and pudding for 2 days, day 3 he was eating hamburgers.

By day 4 swelling was gone and he never mentioned it again.

I expected it to be more high maintenance than it was. With insurance it cost me $642.

How did he feel the day you accidentally switched out his pain meds with your high blood pressure medicine and stool softener?

Thanks e - thats the recovery we are hoping for - and the $$ part sounds almost exactly what they have told me it would be.

My pain tolerance must have been fortified by my participation in athletics (and having two older brothers). I never took anything more than ibuprofen on the first day when I got my wisdom teeth extracted.

In a perfect world, your wisdom teeth and their evolutionary hinderance of impacted teeth, deformed jaws, and peridontal disease and tooth decay would leave you susceptible to debilitating infections or malnutrition, leaving the gene pool clear for my superior wisdom teeth-less genes. It's truly as Anthony Hopkins said on Westworld last weekend. We fix so many problems that sadly we're becoming as good as we're ever gonna get.

The question I have is how would I tell the 'hosts' and the 'guests' apart if I visited?

As a paying customer, I may go "chaotic evil" (like the Ed Harris character) and rape, rob, pillage, and hit what I assumed was a host over the head with a bottle. How would I know it's not a 'guest'?

Because, at first, I assumed the Ed Harris character was a rogue android and the Teddy chacter was a paying customer. Turns out it's just the opposite.
