Got any music for people who like to stand with arms folded?

Thought of you Brook - a friend facebook'd that E. Spalding is opening for Prince at the Venue Formerly Known as the Fabulous Forum. I was inspired to check her out finally - good singer, good material and very cute.

Prince is doing like twenty dates there.

when I went to see him at MSG, back in January, Prince had Dap Kings, but for some nights he had Esperanza. Between her and Misty Copeland, I'm convinced Prince finds out who I'm crushing on and proceeds to find them and knock them off, one by one. He's like some weird Kiser Sose type of dude, in that respect.

I heard Prince is mixing up his set list for every show. A buddy of mine has gone to 2 of the Forum shows and he played different songs.

I've always said that if Jill got back to her early twenties size, she'd be lovely. I'm happy for her. Good peoples and all.

Oh, and the other day I came across this cat:

Very good CD. My two favorite joints are Time Tick Tock (the headliner for the CD) and Fly By Night. Contemporary jazz but without that cheesy, fake Hip Hop instrumentation.

You should've seen Jill in High School. Dy-no-mite, slim waisted, but still with those D cups.

(I'll peep out this Brown cat)

Interesting on many levels (besides the fact that his hometown is where my Mother In Law lives)

but once I realized his music was rap and not some club shit, I was like "alright, dude, keep that day job."

I was more than a little late to the party wrt Nate Dogg, but this the rare hip hop number that appeals to the vocalist in me as well as the English major in me.

Great fucking song. Embarrasingly horrific video. Shameful. I need a bath just watching it. Luckily, the funk is too strong for me to stop liking the song itself.

Me and this honey named Tina worked up a real sweat at our annual middle school dance with this joint.

I've got all four versions of the song, too: a capella, the single edit, the extended edit and the full 12" version.

that song is an in-game HBCU band mainstay at every football game.

This video would've been a lot better if Alexander O'Neal himself did come off looking like a stiff putz.

Also, I wish I could just walk up to some uknown sexy thing in a club and caress her cheek with my fingers and lips without reprocussions.

Please forgive the ad ahead of the video.

OTHER NOTES:

1) You can't tell me that that's not a blunt she's smoking. Cigar my ass!
2) The coolest mofo in the video is the cat playing the drums.
3) Watch for Michael DiLorenzo (from New York Undercover) in the middle of the video.
